These are some of the posters that I made for my game and decided to share.
I add new ones now and then so check back, they will be added on the first warehouse or decorative page to be easy to find.
If you have The Sims 2 game and the Pets EP or newer you can copy my posters and put
in your game for your sims to paint, then they can sell them or keep to hang on their wall.
To use a poster, copy the full size version of it, then go to your documents folder/EA Games/The Sims 2/Paintings
and put the poster in there. When you play your game click on the painting easel and select custom painting
(if your sim has enough creativity points), then select the poster you want. I have these posters edited
so that they can be painted as full size with little or no distortion. They are just ordinary .jpg files
so you don't have to worry about them causing a problem.
Most people who play Sims 2 already know how to do this but in case someone doesn't I decided to put this in.
Q: I heard you overworked your servos making them paint posters so much that they got too hot and spontaneously combusted. Is this true?
A: No, the servos malfunctioned due to an internal wiring problem. That model of servo was recalled and we are awaiting replacement ones to arrive.
Q: I see you have a zombie, werewolf, cat and alien in you painting test, would you consider hiring a vampire?
A: Yes. We have a no discrimination policy at our factory, any sim that can hold a paint brush is welcome to take our
painting quality test regardless of their DNA or whether they are living or dead or somewhere in between.
Q: How much do you pay your poster painting sims?
A: Shhh don't tell them they should be paid. They think they will one day become famous from all the downloads of their paintings
and their talents will be discovered, only I "forgot" to put their names as painters on the posters.
Q: How do you get ideas for posters?
A: Most of the time my sims give me the ideas. If it's a good idea I buy them a new car or other nice gift.
If it's a bad idea I turn them into a zombie for making me waste my time. I now have a bunch of partially done
posters and a bunch of zombies. Here's an example of a bad poster idea.
Q: Why do you have pretty teal and aqua colors on your main page but just black and white on the poster pages?
A: I tried different colors on the poster pages but couldn't find any that would look good as a background on all the posters.
Q: Why don't you have a blog or forum or any kind of contact info on your site? And how was I able to ask this question
since there's no place to post it?
A: Sorry I can't answer this question since I never got it.
Q: Can I use your posters in my sim pictures/story/movie background?
A: Yes, you can use them any way you want as long as you don't claim them as your work, or I will have to send Joseph to repo them.
